Vanliga frågor

What do I need to bring for the bath?

Bring swimwear and towel or poncho if you have one. Wear warm clothes, the after-drop effect lasts longer the first few times: cold water is invigorating and exciting, but you might continue to lose heat for another 15 minutes after the dive.

Is immersion in cold water dangerous?

Before you risk hypothermia or frostbite, your body should be exposed to water temperatures under 5 °C for about 30 minutes. We only stay submerged for a few minutes and then immediately head back to the café.

Do I need special drawing skills?

Absolutely not, we will enjoy our sketching session in a fun and relaxed way.

Do I have to be a good swimmer?

You do not need to be an expert swimmer, just know how to stay afloat.
