Are you interested in health innovation and looking for an exciting opportunity to learn about the innovation process? Join us at Impact Challenge on March 15-16!
Impact Challenge is an annual event held during the spring semester at Karolinska Institutet. It provides students with the opportunity to collaborate in interprofessional teams, tackling a real health challenge. The teams will have the chance to meet user groups and learn more about the design thinking methodology*.
This year's theme: ”How to Improve Health and Well-being for Expectant and New Parents”.
No prior knowledge is required. The event consists of workshops and presentations by guest lecturers, ensuring that you gain all the necessary background and knowledge. Additionally, our design thinking coaches will guide you and your team through the entire process. The goal is to provide all participants with an enhanced understanding of innovation from the user's perspective, a crucial skill in both academic studies and professional life.
Upon the successful conclusion of the event, every participant will receive a certificate of participation. Seize this opportunity to actively participate in the design thinking process and contribute to discovering innovative solutions!
*Design thinking (DT) is a non-linear methodology, an iterative process that teams use to understand users, challenge assumptions, redefine problems and create innovative solutions to prototype and test.
