Welcome to our Free 21-Day European Online Meditation Course 2025!

Every Wednesday and Sunday on Zoom and Youtube.


Sahaja Yoga is a unique and effortless form of meditation enabling us to tap into our inner energy and harness its power to become increasingly balanced and deeply connected to ourselves.

All sessions are free and everyone – regardless of experience – can join and benefit.

Our online teams will guide the sessions and interactive break-out rooms in various languages. One-on-one mentoring is available for those who wish.

About Sahaja Yoga Meditation

Sahaja Yoga Meditation was started by HH Shri Mataji in1970. Her unique method enables everyone to receive "Self-Realisation".

Self-Realisation occurs when the "Kundalini" – a feminine force dormant in the "O Sacrum" at the base of our spine – is awakened and rises, emerging through the "Fontanelle" on top of our head.
